Del Rey Manga, an imprint of The Random House Publishing Group, announced today the launch of new title-specific websites, each of which will allow manga readers to preview thirty pages from the first volume of a new manga title—before the official publication date—in an innovative ‘page-a-day’ approach.

ANN reported on a press release regarding VIZs expansion - as VIZ Media B.V. - into the European relm in a partnership with Copyright Promotions Licensing Group, Ltd. It hasn’t been revealed what titles they may take on, but it’s sure to say that this is a big step in bringing manga and anime to fans worldwide!

This single-tankubon story features art by Mori Shinnosuke and a storyline by Sasaki Mutsumi, and though the manga was incredibly short (and a little confusing) the series spawned several TV animes and OAVs.
Chitose, who is finally mature enough to leave the orphanage where he has lived all his life and moved into his own house finds himself the new adopted “son” of five schoolteachers. They must put their parenting skills to the test, while Chitose simply finds himself trying to pass! Of course, there is the usual possible romances, and an air of secrecy - what would happen if it were discovered that Chitose was living with five mature women?

Ah, I wish I’d known about this before the auction ended!
According to Anime News Network, a piece of original Tsubasa Chronicle art by mangaka group CLAMP sold on Yahoo! Japan for two million yen ($18,000 USD) with proceeds going towards charity Make-A-Wish of Japan. Y!J users (sorry, only those with accounts can access closed auctions) can view the results here.
